    M/s-Bhavishya Homes (P) Ltd.  a company  incorporated with  Registrar of Companies, Cuttack,Orissa, in the financial year 2007-2008 bearing registration No-701010R2008PTC009831 with the main object of construction of residential flats as well as commercial space and accommodation, in its memorandum of associaltion. Its operation is  controlled from  the  registered office situated at  Flat No.001, The Royal Homes,  Vivekananda Marg, Bhubaneswar. The  business activity  of the  company is conflined to the capital city of Bhubaneswar.

     The promoter Mr.Chandra Bhushan Kumar Singh at the age of 34 years with experience of more than 10  years is a valuable asset to the company.  Mr. Chandra  Bhushan  Kumar Singh had started his business  career with  Construction  business in Bhubaneswar, Dist-Khurda, Orissa.  with  technical support in  terms of  Architectural and Structural designs being  provided by the best  professionals of the state. Mr. Singh  was the  leading member of M/s.  Shuvam Construction  (P) Ltd.  way back in the year 1998, when  apartment  culture had  just started taking roots  in Bhubaneswar.  At M/s-  Shuvam Construction (P) Ltd he was instrumental in its rapid growth by completing some land mark projects like Parvati Villa, Swastik Enclave, Biswanath Villa, Khemalata Palace, Rama Bhramar Palace, Ashutosh Vihar, The Royal Homes.In the year 2008 Mr.Singh launched a new company styled as M/s-Bhavishya Homes (P) Ltd, which proved to be an instant success.
