FLOORS

Marble flooring to all rooms except kitchen which shall be of kota stone.

KITCHEN

Working plat forn in kitchen shall be of polished kudappa stone over which glazed tile cladding upto 2 ft height steel sink with C.P fitting shall be provided in the kitchen.

TOILETS

Glazed tile cladding upto 5ft high shall be provided IWC in the ground floor toilets and commode in first floor toilet shall be provided.

DOORS

All door frames shall be of salwood, front door shutter shall be of teakwood with mortice lock and eyepiece and all other door shutters shall be of seasonsed and treated hard wood with BWP panel insert

WINDOWS

All window frames shall be of salwood and shutters shall be of hard wood with glass panes. M.S. grills with square bar shall be fixed to the frames.

ELECTRICAL

Concealed wiring with fittings of Finolex/Anchor make including T.C and Telephone sockets.

WATER SUPPLY & SEWERAGE

Overhead water tank of 2000 ltd capacity with bore well and septic tank with soak pit for each house.
